March 2010 -- Artes de las Filipinas is conducting a survey to record the Filipino artists since the seventeenth century to the present day. Each of the entry includes the middle name, place of birth as well as the birth and death year of the painters, sculptors and printmakers. The selection of artists conducted and compiled by Artes de las Filipinas include not only the Old Masters, the National Artists, the contemporary artists but also those who might be less familiar to the art-loving public.
